Each presentation lasts 20 minutes (15 minute presentation and 5 minute Q/A period). A projector with a VGA cable will be provided. Also, a stereo loudspeaker will be available if needed. We encourage you to bring your presentations on USB sticks or other memory devices just in case that your PC does not work with the projector of the venue. If you do not bring your own PC, please let the conference organizers (conference[at]sigdial.org) know.
Two poster panels (see below for its size) set side by side will be available.
Due to the border around each panel, there will be a slight bump (1mm high and 30mm wide) between the two panels.
You can put your poster on the panels during the lunch break.
A small sheet with the paper title will be put on each panel before the session starts.
Pins for mounting will be provided.

One poster panel (see below for its size), a table (or two tables upon request) (72 cm × 45 cm each), and some AC outlets (100V, 50Hz) will be available.
A wireless network connection will also be available.
You can put your poster on the panels and set up the demo during the lunch break.
